It is CTB's aim to manage all syndicates to the best of our ability but from time to time there might be loss of confidence in the syndicate - if this happens anyone wanting to take over the management of the syndicate must log into the forum and in the syndicate section create a new thread out lining their wish to take over management.

Upon this CTB will email all the syndicate informing them of the new option availible and all members must vote for or against the change.

If the challenger gets 51% of the vote they will take control of all aspects of the syndicate from that moment, CTB will not be held responsible in any way for the syndicate after such time.

If a member would like to manage their own syndicate from the outset CTB will encourage and support this and give advice if needed regarding all aspects of running the said syndicate.
